How Long Will It Take?

Depending on the item & my workload anywhere from 4-12
weeks. Most items in the 4-8 week range. If you have a specific date in mind
let me know & we can work together to make sure it’s met.

Do You Offer Payment Plans?

Yes. For orders over £100 we will work out a plan & sign
a contract outlining the agreements for both parties.

Do You Need the Measurements? This is a Gift.

Unfortunately, unless otherwise stated, I do need the
measurements. All of my items are adjustable but some more adjustable than
others, so we may be able to find a workaround. I’m also happy to discuss
giftcard/gift vouchers

What is Your Return/Cancellation Policy

Orders must be cancelled within 1 week of ordering. If no
materials have been purchased you will be refunded 100%.

I do accept returns within 1 week of receipt, 28 days for
ready to ship items. Return delivery costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
If the item is faulty a full refund will be given upon receival, if not then a
partial refund will be given.
